Service Description
This trauma-informed class offers a calm, supportive space to reconnect with your body and soothe your nervous system. This class will incorporate special trauma-support techniques to release tension and feel lighter. Participants will learn simple, practical tools to use anytime to feel calmer, steadier, and more present — whether stress, tension, or a sense of feeling overwhelmed shows up. Through gentle yoga, body-based movements, grounding breathwork, calming Yoga Nidra, and special trauma-support techniques, you’ll explore ways to release tension, support your nervous system, and feel more connected — all at your own pace. All bodies are welcome. No prior yoga experience needed.
