  • What classes do you recommend for beginner yogis?
    We recommend any of our WARM classes, as well as our All Levels (HOT), Stretch and Unwind (HOT), and Yoga Fundamentals (HOT) classes. You can pick up a paper copy of our schedule with the recommended beginner classes highlighted at our front desk.
  • Do you sell gift certificates?
    Yes, we do! Come to the studio to pick up a gift certificate for whichever membership you would like to give.
  • What should I bring to class?
    Bring your own water and yoga mat to class! Optional items include: a hair tie/head band, blocks, and straps. We also have blocks, and straps free to use if you forget to bring your own, and rent our yoga mats for $2 per class. However, we recommend that you bring your own items. Yoga B Mats 6mm, blocks, straps, and reusable water bottles are available for purchase at the front desk.
  • I can't book the class I want through the website.
    No problem, just email or call us what the issue is with your account! Let us know which class you want to book and we can put you in manually until the issue is fixed.
  • I received a gift card for a membership. How do I redeem it?
    To redeem your gift card, just follow these steps: 1. Create an account with us and fill out the necessary forms. 2. Email us your first and last name with a picture of your gift card OR 1. Come in-person with your gift card and we can set up your account there. Inside the gift card envelop should have instructions on how to redeem it as well.
  • How do I log into my account if I signed up in person?
    To log into your account, just follow these steps: 1. Click the "Log In" in the top right corner (desktop: person icon; mobile: three lines). 2. Where it says "Already a member?" click "Log In" on the right and it will prompt you to log in with Facebook, Google, or Email. Select "Log in with Email". 3. From there, click "Forgot password?" and type in your email. 4. Check your email for a link that will enable you to create your new password.
  • How do you cancel or reschedule a class?
    To cancel or reschedule a booking, just follow these steps: 1. Click the drop down section in the top right corner (desktop: person icon; mobile: three lines) and log into your account. 2. Click the drop down section again, then select "my bookings". 3. From there you will see your upcoming classes. Click the class you would like to reschedule or cancel and the option will be shown on the right side. If you are going to cancel a class, please do so 24 hours in advance.
