La Sana Yoga YTT 2026 with Lokah Sangha Yoga & Wellness

This life-changing training isn’t just a certification, it’s an invitation to embody Yoga as a way of life, deepen into your truth, and step into your fullest expression both on and off the mat. Held over 11 weeks at La Sana Yoga, this 200-hour immersion brings traditional Yogic teachings, intentional self-development, and community (sangha) together into one powerful journey.

From ‘Doing’ to Living Yoga

All modern styles of āsana trace their roots back to the Haṭha Yoga Mārga- the classical path of Yoga that works skillfully with the body, breath, and subtle energy system as gateways to deeper awareness. In this training, you’ll learn how to guide and teach āsana safely, intelligently, and with clarity, while adapting practices to a wide range of intensities, bodies, and intentions, so you can teach in a way that genuinely reflects what you love and value as a teacher.

And yet, this immersion goes far beyond learning how to cue movement. You will experience traditional Haṭha Yoga as a complete path within itself- one that integrates āsana, prāṇāyāma, meditation, philosophy, and self-inquiry, revealing Yoga not just as a physical practice, but as a holistic system for self-development, embodiment, and conscious living.

Lead with Wisdom and Authenticity

We believe everyone has the capacity to lead and inspire, and this course will help you unlock your potential to share your gifts in the world with passion and joy. As you learn to competently guide others in Yoga, you will ultimately learn so much about yourself in the process. An effective teacher is one who intuitively taps into their own wisdom and shares with authenticity. Our methodology encourages students to find their own unique teaching style, to be rooted in clarity, and with a strong foundation of understanding Yoga in its entirety and not just in parts. Our students will use this knowledge to deepen their own self-study and go out into the world teaching Yoga from a greater sense of self-agency.

Testimonials from a few of our incredible past graduates:

I HIGHLY recommend taking my beautiful friend, Carly's, 200hr Holistic Teacher Training this coming summer. I took my 200hr YTT nearly 4 years ago now and it changed my life in so many ways. Carly is an agent of change and awakening and she is truly gifted at what she does. Seriously, change your life for the better and take the leap with this YTT!

Melissa P. @melissa.shantelle

Before starting my YTT with Carly, it had been a long-time goal of mine to complete—one I wasn’t sure I could actually accomplish. My self-worth was at an all-time low. I felt deeply called to the training, but I didn’t believe I was capable. Carly reassured me that I could do it—and that everything would be okay.

I didn’t join with the intention of becoming a yoga teacher (because it doesn’t have to be about that), but rather to fully immerse myself in the practice and gain a deeper understanding of yoga—and of my Self. With Carly, I got exactly that, and so much more.

I came out of the training incredibly proud of what I had achieved, with an even greater passion for traditional yoga. It challenged me mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally—and I emerged with a whole new sense of Self. (Right before my wedding, I might add—and suddenly, the little things didn’t seem to matter anymore.)

Naturally, that passion grew into a desire to teach, and now, two years later, I’ve started doing just that.

If you’re passionate about yoga, curious about yourself, and ready to dive deep into the teachings—don’t think twice. This is absolutely for you.

Cindy Melenchenko @cindymelenchenko

In 2019 listened to my heart and took the chance on enrolling in the YTT - there were too many signs leading me to say YES instead of no! It has been life changing and can't be more proud of myself for stepping wayyyyyy outside my comfort zone - if you are considering this but have a million reasons why you shouldn't would encourage you to look at the reasons that you should - you will not regret it ! Carly Brown is one of the best to get you started on your journey!
