Service Description

A nourishing evening to relax your mind and body in a warm, supportive space. This gentle experience includes: soft yoga flow, cacao ceremony, guided meditation, sound healing and journalling. A simple way to slow down, ease tension and reconnect with yourself and start the new year. This is an invitation to come as you are, to be held, seen, and gently guided back to your center.
