Service Description

If you need a space to slow down, soften, and return to your centre after a busy week, we have prepared this special class for you. A gentle space to relax your body, quiet your mind, and come back into balance and inner harmony. We begin with a calming meditation, move into gentle restorative yoga, and finish with a nourishing shavasana accompanied by soothing sound healing instruments. A space to release, receive, and reconnect with yourself.
