- Online Class
Yoga with weights is suitable for all levels. This class targets the parts of the body where we hold most stress: the hips, low back, shoulders and core. Using light weights (optional), this class combines yoga moves and poses with strengthening muscle group exercises. Light weights and bodyweight intervals will provide a transformative workout designed to sculpt, lengthen and challenge every muscle group. Weights are optional for this class.
Please be aware that you do have 24 hours to cancel your scheduled class or a $20 fee may apply as per the owners' discretion.
