Service Description
Winter can weigh on the body and mind. Shorter days, colder temperatures, and reduced sunlight can leave many people feeling drained, unmotivated, or emotionally overwhelmed. Stephenie (Yoga Instructor, Trauma Recovery Coach, C-PTSD Recovery and Emotional Healing, EFT Tapping and Yoga for Childhood Trauma) will lead us through this 90-minute workshop offering a gentle, supportive space to reconnect with yourself while learning practical tools you can bring into your daily routine to help manage winter heaviness. Participants will explore: -EFT Tapping to help shift looping thoughts and emotional stress -Breathwork techniques that support both grounding and uplifting energy -Specific yoga postures known to help with low mood, fatigue, and emotional heaviness -A slow, nurturing flow that warms the body, increases circulation, and inspires a sense of inner lightness -Deeply restful Yoga Nidra to bring ease to the nervous system and restore emotional balance By the end, participants will have their own easy-to-use winter wellness toolbox—practices you can return to anytime you need a reset.
