Yoga with weights is suitable for all levels and is programmed for full body strengthening. Each class will be a different experience. This class will help you build core strength, which will help you in other poses. Poses are specially designed to work your entire body. Using light weights (optional), this class combines yoga moves and poses with strengthening muscle group exercises. Weights are optional for this class.
Please be aware that you do have 24 hours to cancel your scheduled class or a $20 fee may apply as per the owners' discretion.
