Yoga Fundamentals (WARM)

Service Description

Whether a new or experienced yogi, this class builds a strong foundation for those practicing yoga. It is suitable for all levels and will introduce the very basics of yoga practice, where movements are broken down individually. Students will learn various yoga poses and postures with special focus on the breath and alignment. Students will be instructed to move mindfully to increase the awareness of the body in each posture.
