Service Description

In Taoist philosophy, yin and yang is a concept of dualism, describing how seemingly opposite or contrary forces may actually be complementary. This concept is carried into this class beginning with the yang portion — an external, dynamic and warming portion where participants will heat the body with a vigorous flow, followed by the yin portion — more internal, passive and cooling. In this portion the movement becomes slower and poses held longer for a minimum of 3 minutes, often being taken down to seated or lying on the floor in deep stretches.
