Vinyasa Flow is suitable for all levels, but recommended for intermediate level yogis. It is a style of yoga which focuses on transitions and movements, connecting with breath and finding inward focus. This practice will help participants to improve cardiovascular strength, tone and build muscles throughout the body. Through intense attention to the breath, vinyasa flow will help bring calmness to your whole mind and body and relieve stress.
Please be aware that you do have 24 hours to cancel your scheduled class or a $20 fee may apply as per the owners' discretion.
