Service Description

Strengthen and Tone Yoga Flow is suitable for all levels. This challenging flow-based class will have you working up a sweat, while toning and strengthening your muscles through body weight exercises. Using and strengthening the core muscles at the front and back of the body, will be foundational in connection to additional targeted muscle building exercises. Using the breath, participants will connect to the mind and body through core work, arms and legs to build endurance mindfully. Participants will leave feeling that yoga glow of hard work and relaxation.
