Gentle Hatha (WARM)

This practice is suitable for all levels. Although gentle, participants will still come away feeling as though they energized their body. This class brings a supportive approach to gently opening the body, learning to breathe more efficiently and relieving the mind of stress and tension. This class generally begins on the ground, followed by various standing postures, finishing again down on the mat. There is minimal weight bearing on wrists, and no vinyasas. This class is also suitable for persons with injuries or mobility issues.
